परिवार के मुख्य व्यक्ति (कमाने वाला) की अचानक मृत्यु की स्थिति में पीड़ित परिवार के लिए 4 सदस्यों के हिसाब से एक वर्ष की अवधि तक राशन की मुफ़्त एवं पूर्ण व्यवस्था करना।
मुख्य व्यक्ति की किसी दुर्घटना में शारीरिक अक्षमता की स्थिति में एक वर्ष की अवधि तक दवाइयां मुफ़्त उपलब्ध कराना।
उपरोक्त दोनों में से किसी परिस्थिति के होने पर परिवार के 18 वर्ष से कम आयु वाले 2 बच्चों की पढ़ाई का ख़र्च दुर्घटना वर्ष से 1 कैलेंडर वर्ष तक वहन करना
